#YIXING personally selected the menus, choosing dishes that represented the local specialities of different cities so that Beikers could taste flavours from different parts of China while sharing in his joy.
1. Changsha: Roast Goose — a Guangzhou speciality
2. Shanghai: Sichuan-style Mapo Silken Tofu — a Sichuan speciality
3. Guangzhou: Peking Duck — a Beijing speciality
4. Beijing: Shanghainese Braised Pork — a Shanghai speciality
5. Chengdu: Stir-fried Pork with Chilli — a Changsha speciality
