@sherlock_hulmes Well done and best of luck - I really struggled with the reality that I had a mental health issue for a while (given that I provided pastoral support for vulnerable people for years in my job!). 8 months down the line and I feel better than I’ve felt in a long time!

@keekal_aretia Do it! I did some art workshops for adults and kids at work and it totally got me in the mood to do more painting. I didn’t quite make inktober (started late and MCM) but a self imposed challenge really helped me get back on it!
