Coaches don’t go to the store and tell managers how to do their jobs..they don’t go to an auto shop & tell mechanics how to fix a car..they don’t tell painters how to paint..why? Cause it’s not their specialty..but EVERY person under the sun tells coaches how to do their jobs!
