Team, I hope you're asking for sense to prevail, for anti doping to realise that a 2am wake up negatively and unfairly impacts performance and represents negligence in rider welfare. They crossed a line in the timing of that test. Rules should be changed.

@cyclingontnt The Anti doping team woke him at 2am last night. This is on their heads. Testing is important for integrity, but depriving riders of sleep is dangerous and unfair. There needs to be as much made of this as there was of MVDP's lost sleep the night before Wollongong worlds.

There's also a lot more evidence on nutrition, hydration and recovery protocols. What's the difference between nutrition/supplementation and doping? I think it has to come down to long term health effects.

@Mariloveyouxd Lovely helping here. However I feel need for PSA as relative of a blind person here. If you do offer help to a blind person navigating an obstacle, please offer an arm for *them* to hold. Don't hold on to them. Makes a big difference to their sense of autonomy and security. 💛
