It's cool in Srinagar. I am in a sweater & a cool breeze is blowing outside. Kashmir has a wonderful climate except the pollen from trees which is a nuisance in this season. A lot of people are down with allergies due to pollen. Don't visit Kashmir if you are allergic to pollen.
