If you want to withdraw your money from your mutual funds investment on PalmPay, here is a step by step guide:

- Step 1: Open your PalmPay app and tap on "Wealth" at the bottom centre of your screen.

- Step 2: Tap on "Mutual Funds" and go to your portfolio. Select the mutual fund you want to withdraw from.

- Step 3: Tap on "ARM Money Market Fund". That is the option we have been using on this page.

- Step 4: You will be taken to a page showing your portfolio amount, your quarterly dividend and your total return. At the bottom of that page you will see two buttons: "Redeem" and "Invest." Tap on "Redeem".

- Step 5: Select the amount you want to withdraw. You can choose to redeem 1/4, 1/3, 1/2 or everything. Once you select your preferred amount, enter your PIN to confirm and that is it.

Please note: Withdrawals take up to 24 hours on working days. The money goes directly into your PalmPay CashBox. There is no need to panic if it does not reflect immediately. Just wait and it will be there.

One important reminder: Only withdraw when it is absolutely necessary. Every time you take money out, you are interrupting your compounding. Leave it alone for as long as you can and let it keep growing.
