जो बच्चे गांव, कस्बों में बिना कम्प्यूटर, वेबकैम के हैं, नेटवर्क बेकार है उनके भविष्य के साथ ये खिलवाड़ नहीं तो क्या है?

Graduating studentsneed to have a laptop with mettle software,webcam and 512kbps internet speed to take our semester exams. Making students take their exam with such specifications is downright inappropriate.
