Today is #AgeWithoutLimits Action Day. A day where we stand up to ageism and celebrate older people who they are and what they do. The theme is #SeeandBeSeen. We especially pay tribute to our amazing campaigners, older Londoners who steadfastly support our campaigns.
Still time to see our 'Advantageous' art exhibition at artsdepot in #NorthFinchley - super creations from our art, knitting & pottery classes. Ends Sunday. Our CEO Helen spoke at the exhibition opening & launch of our Age-friendly Call for Action plan.

Trying something new in January might be a cliché - but it's a great excuse to challenge yourself and try something new.
We have made a guide which lists some of the #AgeFriendly activities across the borough for you to try this January.

It's festive season & if you need an excuse to socialise, just remember that meeting up with others & seeing friends is good for our brains - with or without a #dementia diagnosis.
It's never too late & never too early to reduce the risk of memory loss.
