Currently in France on holidays. On Unlimited Red Plan yeu there is no coverage at all. Have to find local wifi to connect etc Very frustrating and disappointing.
Any network issues you're aware of?

@AerLingus on EI580 to Malaga on the A330 is the full in-flight entertainment system available, and secondly, does one still need to bring 3.5mm jack adaptors (for earphones)

@circlekireland may be trivial but I had a car wash voucher that was 2 days past its use date. I was unable to use it due to my Dads funeral. I mentioned this to #CircleKLucan - they couldn't extend it. I'll get it done elsewhere but just not great customer care/service IMO

@AerLingus you need to stream line your self-service checkin at #LHR. Crazy this morning having to que up when we checked in on the first leg. One staff member saw sense and took us through however the delay & lack of awareness will lead #PAX to miss flights
