Plenty more info needed, but in general I would say that I would never rule out syst/rheum dz wo biopsy
@khaledzeid I think that there are too many unknowns in the clinical history to be able to diagnose this CT. In this case, many findings can be related to bad airway/ obstructive dz, what if the pt has trisomy 21?, does he aspirate? Was he a premie? Has he ventilated before?
