@britsaresloths@CoachCigsCig@XuluBak@RandGetlin I've also been plenty critical of the signing and how much of the last 3 seasons Adams has spent injured, particularly after international windows. I'm not biased towards the player, if you cant see his important , then you haven't watched enough Bournemouth games to form opinons
@britsaresloths@CoachCigsCig@XuluBak@RandGetlin I have been following the team since we were in league 1 lmao. You missed my point entirely. Adam's role is very important to the system we run. He does his job, he wins the ball, we have other players that have range and transitional ability that you mention. That isn't his job.
@britsaresloths@CoachCigsCig@XuluBak@RandGetlin I completely disagree, he and the role he plays is by far the most significant in terms of our system. I don't know where you got the idea that a ball winning midfielder isn't important to a side defined by winning the ball.
@olasek4@bigange12492@TheAfcbWay Mark McAdam is THE Bournemouth itk, for this particular story i'd say your outlets are probably going to be most accurate
@zirkwood_ He's a ball winning and carrying midfielder. Our centerbacks are generally tasked with playing progressive passes. Its not that he cant, but he does so less frequently because it is not his role.
@Pooliemags1Ttv your ownership voted for SCR. They care more about keeping promoted sides down than the potential to compete with the strongest and richest sides.
@VillainBaller@L4fckop we dont need to fill squad openings with another teams players when we can simply sign our own? There is no demand for Bournemouth, a selling club, to have players that we cannot sell.
@austl001@WellOnside He'd need to be a SS, he struggled when we played him between the centerbacks. Not quite the physical profile for that type of role, but if you can get him some space he is one hell of a player.
