on the 6th June 2026, AFCCSD, in partnership with the T-DELS Foundation, successfully launched the Green Ghana Initiative at Konko JHS in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Students received practical training from management of AFCCSD and T-Del Foundation, on how to plant and nurture

trees in their homes and communities. The event also featured a tree-planting exercise aimed at promoting environmental stewardship among young people.

At the close of the programme, Barrister Mfah Amadu, Programmes Coordinator of AFCCSD, announced plans to replicate the

donation as “not just a gift of bins, but an investment in the health, discipline, and environmental consciousness of our children.” She reaffirmed the school’s commitment to ensuring the bins are properly used and maintained.
