@sainsburys so why is it that after you overcharge me by £20 I am now going to have to wait up to 14 days for your finance people to phone me and ask for my credit card details to make a refund, when my credit card is attached to my account and you had no problem taking payment?
@sainsburys I’ve been on hold for 15 minutes. 7 bottles of wine delivered this morning. 25% discount for ordering 6+ not applied to bill but was to the order. How do I get refund? Is this error just me or a problem with your system?

@financialombuds my complaint remains unallocated despite submission last Oct. You told me 2.5 mths ago you were nearly ready to go. Policy is now up for renewal again and unfair premium pricing is there again. What do you advise I do? 2106-8469. 15 days for internal referral!!
@JLcustserv I tried that. Unsatisfactory response.Complaint now submitted and will escalate to the FOS if necessary. Not the type of ‘response’ I’d expect for a #johnlewis branded product. Hardly fits with the motto of ‘Never knowingly undersold’. Very disappointed.
