@MajToure He used deadly force that resulted in a dead kid. The jury heard multiple eye witness testimony and even the defense own witness said KA instigated the encounter. I think the facts did not lead to plausible self defense claim.

Metcalf can't refuse to testify unless that testimony would be him admitting to a crime in which case he would take the stand and plead the 5th which would be good for melo

@Bbmorg I think I would wonder why someone alegidly making racist comments needs to be cuffed? He wasnt resisting and was cooperating as much as a dieing man can. The cops are 100% culpable in his death.
