@mikesparkman@Matt_Gajewski Conference has nothing to do with it. Duke won theirs and aren’t in. BYU played in their championship and dropped behind Miami so they aren’t in. It’s the SEC invitational, that’s all there is to it
@TheJackCarey@wakeupbarstool@Blutman27 I’m with ya there but sounds like the locker room voted against playing in it so so be it. No reason to give espn more money to market a bowl game for the “first two teams out”. If I’m fox or nbc I’m invited Texas, Vandy, BYU, and ND to a 4 team mini playoff
@sharpshotBRob@TheJackCarey@wakeupbarstool@Blutman27 You’re not understanding what I’m saying. I’m saying I feel for Indiana because no matter what they do this year, nobody who actually knows anything about college football will care because the best team in CFB isn’t in the playoffs. Can you read?
@sharpshotBRob@TheJackCarey@wakeupbarstool@Blutman27 ?? I genuinely feel bad for Indiana. ND and IU have an Intrastate rivalry and this would’ve been IU’s year to prove they were on top but can’t now. You’ll see big changes to the format next year because of the blatant corruption that happened this year. SEC and espn in cahoots
@TheJackCarey@wakeupbarstool@Blutman27 Is that why their 3rd string back led the team in rushing in the last game of the year? Or is this coming from a place, as an IU fan, knowing that this year’s playoffs will always have an asterisk next to it because the best team in the country got snubbed out of it by eSECpn?
@billyliucci@jpg89_@AmandaMAtwell Texas also can’t opt out because they’re in the SEC. eSECpn got an undeserving bama in and now Vandy and Texas have to play even though most of the starters won’t participate
@matthewbabula@canefilms Both of you guys didn’t acknowledge what I said lol. ND has looked better and better, Miami hasnt improved. Blame it on coaching or blame it on that 5th yr mouthbreathing QB of yours. Win out and see what happens but if Miami doesnt get in they have no one to blame but themselves
