Stepdad was driver for him and mom for 25 years. He developed dementia and mom who is 82 needed another way to get to doctors, groceries and even the Casino (their entertainment). FSD solved her mobility needs. Amazing support for her. Now we need max speed back as they live on gravel roads and it’s terrible on FSD. #maxspeed

Doesn’t work for everyone especially poor condition roads and gravel roads where we live. It’s a necessary feature for those that need it!

I don’t understand why everyone is suddenly so hyper-focused on FSD’s speed. For me, it’s a complete non-issue. My car typically drives 5 to 10 mph over the speed limit, which is exactly how I would drive myself. If you think it’s going too fast, choose a driving profile that’s designed for slower, more conservative driving.

The issue is we have situations where we absolutely need max speed control that you can NEVER fix with implied preferences. Give us max speed control please! So many times I need the car to go much slower than sloth and it just cannot do it now. Implied is not valid.
