@Gfilche My guess is the the illusion (and reality in lots of cases) of exclusivity creates increased demand allowing for premium valuations based on FOMO

Choose between one of these vs a 2026 iPhone/Android… the choice is obvious.
Yet people still drop $100k+ on a BMW or Mercedes. Same energy as buying a diamond-crusted brick phone with hand-stitched leather because “luxury”. Try FSD and you will understand #tesla#FSD.
This is surprising - I’m surprised there’s a supermajority of voters who prefer paying taxes than not

@FCNightingale@PT_Trader1 MN had some 30% credit for office to residential conversion. Not sure if that law last but that would be millions for this building
