Super versatile settings wise but will take some experience to determine most effective settings for each scenario. Would be good to trial on UTUC and large renal stone. It certainly met them. Very efficient. It seemed to vapourise most of the stone. It was dusting or super dusting. The best setting for me was 0.1 and 100hz. 1/2

Today I was impressed by the total absence of #retropulsion during #lithotripsy of this big upper ureteric stone by means of #SOLTIVE #TFL #LASER by @OlympusUrology ... of note above the stone there was also severe hydronephrosis... but the stone was stuck in front of us! #ETCE
