The research has greatly broadened our understanding of moral injury/stress in business settings, particularly with the discovery of various important work-related outcomes that were previously absent from the understanding of the field
We are pleased to announce the publication of our ‘Developing an understanding of moral injury in business settings’ report, created by Affinity Health at Work in partnership with @SofterSuccess and @sheffielduni
https://t.co/zU8CCbcGFS
The report is the first of its kind in how it investigates moral stress and moral injury in business settings using rich qualitive data from numerous interviews across professional sectors such as law, finance, architecture, and technology
The report sets out how businesses can revolutionise the way employees work while supporting broader responsible business goals. It also includes recommendations to begin post-pandemic re-sets of employee wellbeing agendas, and sets out how business can take action with THRIVE.
