@realXRPwhale Don't want a settlement as there will be no decision about security or not. sec wants a settlement as they know they are going to lose and if the court decides xrp is not a security they will struggle to go after any other crypto. US courts are a way of bullying smaller people
@edfenergy so my bill is increasing from 500 to 1255 a month. Spent 7 days trying to resolve as I have a 1500 square foot house and no one will accept the fact that something is wrong. I am using 10 times more electric than the average house and I'm not lighting up Blackpool
@jmdolladolla @thejoelancaster@CryptoWhale She said billionaires not average Joe. These guys make millions and billions and when they realise the profits they use a tax loophole
@JohnEDeaton1 Why would he ban crypto when he and the other crooks around him are making millions in backhanders or future job contracts once he leaves the SEC and he has done the necessary damage
@attorneyjeremy1 That analysis is privilege and we do not have to or will we disclose it. It is also the personal opinion of the people from the SEC that wrote it on the SEC's behalf but is still only their personal opinion despite the fact the SEC requested it.
@JohnEDeaton1 Doesn't seem to make any difference. Most politicians are corrupt and manipulate the system for their own benefit or their friends. Government officials are no different. If the shoe was on the other foot Ripple would have been thrown the book by now by the judge
@investorkartel@attorneyjeremy1 It's where the judge will look privately at documents and decide whether or not it can be made public I believe or whether it is classed as priviliged
