Pierce 🤝 Battle Creek
Up one point in the team race, Battle Creek needed Pierce's Brenden Bolling to win the night's final match. Down 4-2 with less than a minute left in the 3rd period, the two rivals found a common bond. 🏆
We reached out to several seniors who qualified for the NSAA Girls State Tournament and asked them to reflect on their wrestling careers and what this sport has meant to them.
The responses we received are absolutely incredible and we can’t wait to share them all with you. Until then, here are two of our favorites.

The Bravettes are in action today at the District 1 wrestling meet today in our home gym. We have 3 ladies looking to punch their tickets to Omaha next week! Wrestling starts at 12:30, come and be loud today for our wrestlers! #BuiltDifferent
This year we will be doing our 1 Mile and 5K races again for all ages! There is no charge, just show up Saturday, 08/05, anytime between 7:30 and 8:00 to get signed up! We will use the same route as last year, starting at the CB Trail right off of HWY 121, and running west.
One of Nebraska's finest elementary educators, Mrs. Jane Jessen of Norfolk has taught at Sacred Heart Elementary and Norfolk Catholic Schools since 1984.

Congratulations to the young Bravette and Braves that competed at the Junior High XC State Championship in Papillion this morning. Grace Herman, Andy Ricchio, and Miles Clausen had great runs alongside some of the best runners in the state of Nebraska. Way to represent BC!
Olivia Shore finishes in 6th Place at OHSAA State Championship after falling 3-0 in her medal match. She left her shoes on the mat signifying that she is done wrestling the guys and will move on to compete at Tiffin in the fall.
