Afghanistan Embassy in Islamabad hosted Two-day celebrations to mark 100 years of Afghanistan Independence. Hundreds of Afghans, Heads of Diplomatic missions and a number of Pakistani High officials were invited to enjoy exhibitions, Live-Afghan music & traditional afghan food.

Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E @MashalAtif held a constructive meeting with H.E Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Mehdi Honardoost. During the meeting both sides exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations, current regional situation and Afghan Peace Process.

Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan, H.E @MashalAtif met with Pakistan Foreign Minister, @SMQureshiPTI. Both sides exchanged views on enhancement of bilateral relations, promotion of trade b/w the two countries, addressing Afghan refugees’ problems and the Afghan peace process.

Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan,H.E @MashalAtif met the UNHCR Country Director to Pakistan Mrs.Ruvendrini Menikdiwela.
Both sides discussed the wide range of issues including Afghan schools syllabus,mutual cooperation commitee to address refugee problems and repatriation process.
