According to the 2026 Global Country Perceptions survey by Nira Data, Israel came in dead last with a net score of -24, the most negative perception among 68 countries assessed. It beat out North Korea, Afghanistan and Iran. Top positive perceptions went to Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Sweden and Italy. The US scored -16.
