My unmoving mansion of rest is my blessed Lord. Let prospects be blighted; let hopes be blasted; let joy be withered; let mildews destroy everything; I have lost nothing of what I have in God. He is “my strong habitation whereunto I can continually resort.” Psalm 91:9🙏🏻🙏🏻
Nobody talks about how exhausting it is to live in that space between "God is going to turn this around" and "Lord, I don't know how much longer I can carry this." It’s a quiet, relentless tug-of-war between your faith and your flesh.
One moment you’re standing on His promises, reminding yourself to trust His timing, and the next moment you’re completely drained, asking Him how much more strength you have left. It’s waking up with prayer on your lips and going to bed feeling completely defeated existing in that tension between believing for healing and feeling the deep sting of the hurt.
You try to get through the day, torn between trusting His plan and feeling broken by the weight of it all. But even on the days you don't know which side of yourself will win tomorrow, you remember this: you were never meant to carry it in your own strength. In the middle of the battle, His grace is still sufficient, and He is holding you even when you feel like you're letting go.
One day you’ll tell the story of the season that almost broke you, and instead of talking about how strong you were, you’ll talk about how faithful God was. 💗
october, restore my rhythm and magnify melodies that soothe my spirit, realign me with the assignment to myself i abandoned, while i forgive all the pieces of me that pushed for pause. drive my discernment to destinations that don't demand that i dilute my depth.

According to Isaiah 43:19, the Lord is doing a new thing in your life. It shall spring forth! May He make a way for you in the wilderness and bring rivers into your desert. May you recognise what He is doing and have faith to move forward.
According to Isaiah 41:10, you shall not fear, for the Lord is with you. He will strengthen, help and uphold you with His righteous right hand. I speak strength where you have been weak and divine help where your ability ends.
According to Isaiah 54:17, no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Every tongue rising against you in judgment shall be condemned. What has been raised against God’s purpose for your life will not have the final word.
According to Isaiah 40:31, as you wait upon the Lord, your strength shall be renewed. You shall mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint. Your waiting will not end in defeat.
According to Isaiah 58:11, the Lord will guide you continually, satisfy your soul in drought and strengthen your bones. You shall be like a watered garden, a spring whose waters do not fail.
According to Isaiah 30:21, you shall hear, “This is the way, walk in it.” May God give you clear direction and discernment, free from confusion, fear and the pressure of people.
According to Isaiah 61:7, instead of shame, you shall have double honour. May God turn disappointment into restoration and sorrow into testimony.
According to Isaiah 60:1, arise and shine, for your light has come! May the glory of the Lord be seen upon you, and may you boldly walk in His calling.
According to Psalm 23:1, the Lord is your Shepherd; you shall not want. May He restore your soul, lead you in righteousness and provide what you truly need.
According to Psalm 91:1–2, may you dwell in the secret place of the Most High and abide under His shadow. May He be your refuge and fortress, and may His protection cover your going out and coming in.
According to Psalm 121:7–8, the Lord shall preserve you from all evil and preserve your soul, your going out and coming in, from now and forever.
According to Psalm 34:17–18, when you cry, the Lord hears and delivers you. He is near to the brokenhearted. Your present pain will not be the conclusion of your story.
According to Joel 2:25, may the Lord restore the years that were lost, delayed or stolen and redeem what seemed wasted.
According to Psalm 126:5, those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. Your tears will not be forgotten, and your labour in the Lord will not be in vain.
According to Proverbs 3:5–6, trust in the Lord with all your heart. As you acknowledge Him, He will direct your paths.
According to Jeremiah 29:11, the Lord has thoughts of peace toward you, giving you a future and a hope. Your future is not defined by your present circumstances.
According to Ephesians 3:20, God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you ask or think, according to His power working in you.
And according to Numbers 6:24–26: May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His face shine upon you, be gracious to you, and give you peace.
May the Word of God concerning you become your lived testimony. May you see His faithfulness, receive His strength, walk in His guidance and protection, and witness His promises unfold.
May you have reasons to say, “The Lord has done great things for me.”
In Jesus’ Name, Amen. 🙏🏽
It’s salary week! 💰
I don’t know how many of you do this, but the moment your salary hits your account, you immediately start spending without first committing it to God.
Before you start paying bills, shopping, sending money, or making plans, take a moment to pray over your salary.
Declare that your income will not disappear without purpose. Pray for wisdom to manage it, discipline to avoid unnecessary spending, grace to meet your needs, and for God to bless the work of your hands.
Use this prayer to pray over your salary:
“Father, I thank You for providing me with an income. I commit this salary into Your hands. Give me wisdom to manage it well and discipline to use it responsibly.
Let this money meet my needs, settle my obligations, and become a blessing to others. Protect me from waste, impulsive spending, financial traps, and decisions that will bring me unnecessary loss.
Teach me to steward what You have entrusted to me. Bless the work of my hands and open doors for greater opportunities and increase.
May I never live from salary to salary without progress. Give me the wisdom to save, invest, give, and build according to Your will.
I declare that this salary will serve its purpose. I will not lack. I will not be controlled by money, and money will not become my master.
In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽”
Cried so much this year, l really hope I'm much happier next year. It's one of the things I'm praying for. A joy that stays. A joy that is not easily shaken.
The year may be coming to an end, but God is not done yet.
Prayers are still being answered, doors are opening and lives are being transformed.
And in 100 days, we will gather to give thanks for the year and cross into a new one with faith and expectation.
The countdown is on.
Stay expectant. God is not done yet.

Marriage will humble you because eventually your spouse will see you fail.
They will see you when you're broke, sick, stressed, insecure, unemployed, overweight, depressed about life or completely unsure about what to do next.
The question is not whether your spouse will ever see you at your lowest.
They will.
The real question is what kind of person they become when you are no longer impressive.
Anybody can love you when life is easy character is revealed when life becomes ugly.
