A horrific crime was committed by Israeli settlers in western Ramallah, where they poisoned the only water well belonging to farmer Saber Othman with deadly substances, in a clear attempt to cut off the lifeline and undermine his ability to remain on his ancestral land inherited from his forefathers.

This incident is part of a systematic policy exposed by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, which documented the demolition of around 50 Palestinian water wells and the poisoning of livestock since the beginning of 2024. The goal is to dry up sources of livelihood, destroy historic crops such as olive and grape cultivation, and create a hostile environment that forces Palestinians to leave their lands for settlement expansion.

Israeli forces issued fresh evacuation orders across central Gaza on Wednesday night, followed by some of the heaviest airstrikes of the day, according to Gaza relief committee coordinator Eyad Amawi.

Amawi told Drop Site that entire residential blocks in the Maghazi refugee camp, in central Gaza, were ordered to evacuate and then hit with heavy bombs, while another evacuation warning was issued for central Deir al-Balah nearby.

“Tonight is incredibly difficult,” he said, sharing footage showing the bombardment striking his refugee camp moments earlier.

He described the pattern as Gaza’s daily reality: killings during the day and heavy bombardment at night to level residential areas and force families to flee in search of safety once again.

The Israeli military shot 10-year-old Motaz Marwan Abu Shaar in the heart in Gaza today, killing him, his family told Drop Site.

Motaz’s aunt, Nawal Abu Shaar, said he was playing inside the family’s tent when he was struck. His father, brother, and grandmother had previously been killed while displaced in the Miraj area, forcing the surviving family members to flee in search of safety.

“There is no safe place,” his uncle, Faraj Abu Shaar, said. “There are no safe tents, no safe zones, and no humanitarian zones.”

“Does he not have the right to live?” Nawal asked. “Does he not have the right to play, learn, grow up, and become an adult?”
