5) Metrics tracking - The metrics are there, but when asked does he keeps track of CPL and ROAS he said he didn’t track it.

I talked with a specialist clinic owner the other day. He was struggling to get leads. He was running ads himself on Meta.

After talking with him for about an hour I identified that there are 3 main things to address.

3) Lack of sales process - There is no clear sales process which might hinder lead conversion

4) No testing - just one poster and copy with the same settings
