@noon_cares Still haven’t recieved a call from your company to replace the product, tweeting me but not replying to emails

[aoifefitzgibbon @AFitGibbon]

Do not buy your dyson from @noon it is faulty and they don’t replace even when it’s under warranty

[aoifefitzgibbon @AFitGibbon]

@noon sold me a faulty dyson air wrap and won’t replace it. They took the dyson in to fix it and for 2 months and never fixed it. @Dyson

[aoifefitzgibbon @AFitGibbon]

@noon @Dyson my airwrap broke after less than a year and I haven’t gotten any response about a replacement or fixing it.

Do not by your dyson from noon they are faulty and the care team doesn’t respond to calls or emails!!

[aoifefitzgibbon @AFitGibbon]

@noon_cares your care team have sent have been sending automated emails instead of replying. I have a product under warranty but it isn’t being replaced ?☹️☹️
