I believe that Fit Squad is the best gym.
I believe I am the best trainer and I have the best team with me.
Hope you feel the same way about your gym, yourself and your team.
Sometimes It feels that trainers/coaches love talking about “ Fitness “ and ditching out what you should do and not do BUT somehow they don’t apply it to themselves.
A recent study took 100 trainers with IG account
Study revels that 100% of the
Trainers who actually follow a program with consistency and proper progression. gain more strength, muscle and performance over the ones who just write a post about it.
I have too much respect for every single successful coach or athlete to dismiss any technique, program or system just because it doesn’t sit well with my own personal likings and beliefs.

What’s the best training program?
A program it’s only as good as the person’s ability to execute it.
Best program for you is the one you can perform all the movements with proper technique and adequate stimulus for your goals.
One of the main things I’ve leaned as I have aged, is that most of my success in the gym ( strength, muscle gain & performance). Will come from everything I do outside the gym.
I personally don’t see anything wrong with weight-in yourself to track progress.
BUT collect Quantitative data over a longer period of time, sometimes 3-6months will give a better idea then a day to day or even week to week progress.
Not every Personal trainer is a:
Rehab Specialist
Nutritionist
Lifestyle coach
Wellness coach
Mindfulness coach
Mental Health coach
Strength & Conditioning coach
Movement Specialist
Anyhow you get the point.
Not all the Fitness Tips you come across apply/or are for you!
I am more talking about unconventional ways of doing things.
The PT/Coach does not know your particular needs, background or abilities.
Being aware of one's biases can help you deliver a better program and movement selection for your clients.
What you’re into sometimes is not what’s best for your them.
Healthy individuals have stronger immune systems, to help you fight viruses.
This is not new information.
Move everyday
Exercise frequently
Sleep well
Eat well

Knowledge is great but but the ability to apply is key.
We can all sound very smart on social platforms by talking etc.
But as DMX would say....Talk is cheap mutha f💥cke💥.
Put that knowledge to work on yourself and then your clients
