ޒަޔަނިސްޓުން އައިސް އަހަރުމެންގެ ބިން ވަގަށް ނެގިފަދައިން ކަލޭމެންވެސް ނިކަމެތި ހާލުގައި އަހަރުމެންގެ ބިމުން ފުރަ��ިގެންދާންޖެހޭނެކަން ގައިމެވެ . ތިޔައީ ކޮންމެ ތަނެއްގައި ވެސް ބާކީވެފައިވާ ބައެއް، ކަލޭމެންގެ ނަޖިސް، ނިމުން ހުޅަނގުން ވެސް ގަބޫލުކުރަންފަށައިފި ކަހަލައެވެ. ކަލޭމެން ތިޔައީ ކުޑަކުދިންނާއި އަންހެނުންގެ ޤާތިލުންނެވެ.

ޢާންމު މަޞްލަޙަތާ ގުޅުންހުރި ކޮންމެ ކަމަކަށް ވެސް ނޫސްވެރިން ފާރަވެރިވާން ޖެހޭނެއެވެ. ތެދު މަޢުލޫމާތު ރައްޔިތުންނާ ހަމައަށް ގެނެސްދިނުމަކީ ނޫސްވެރިން ކޮންމެހެން ކުރަންޖެހޭ ކަމެކެވެ. ރައްޔިތުންގެ ސަމާލުކަމަށް ގެންނަންޖެހޭ ކަންތައްތައް ވަގުތުން ގެނެސްދިނުމަކީ ވެސް ނޫސްވެރިންގެ ޒިންމާއެކެވެ. އެއީ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީން ނޫސްވެރިންނަށް މަތިކޮށްފައިވާ މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތެކެވެ.

ޑޮލަރުގެ އަގު ބޮޑުވާނަމަ އެކަން ހާމަކުރަން ޖެހެއެވެ. ޑޮލަރުގެ އަގު ދަށްވާނަމަ އެކަން ވެސް ހާމަކުރަން ޖެހެއެވެ. ނޫސްވެރިކަމަށް ހުރަސްއެޅޭނެ ޤާނޫނެއް ފާސްކޮށްގެން ލިބޭނެ އެއްވެސް ފައިދާއެއް ނޯންނާނެއެވެ.

This is a truly historic milestone that reflects the enduring trust and confidence the people of India have placed in Prime Minister Modi as steward of their aspirations and ambitions. India’s remarkable economic, social, and political progress during his tenure stands as a testament to his leadership.

Closer to home, Maldives–India relations have also flourished and strengthened significantly under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership. It is my sincere hope that the close bonds of friendship between our two countries continue to grow in the years ahead.

The jailing of journalists @MrLeevaaan and @MohamedShahzan both journalists for @AdhadhuMV marks another shameful chapter in the government’s attempt to intimidate the press and silence public dissent.

It is also a clear indication of government interference in the judicial process.

These attacks on press freedom and free expression will not succeed. We will never waver in defending the hard-won rights and freedoms guaranteed to every citizen under the Constitution.
