Los otros países solo pondrán de a 2 (previa eliminación directa entre clubes de los mismos paises). Es decir, los 8 países restantes pondrán 16 selecciones en fase de grupos.

Para completar los grupos se incluyen los cuatro equipos eliminados en la tercera fase clasificatoria de la Copa Libertadores 2026.
