Pep Chavarría’s extra work is not occasional
extras after a session, It is a fixed part of how he operates.
After the group training finishes he stays on the pitch or moves to a quieter area and keeps going: repeated sprints, pole agility, isolated crossing and finishing with a keeper, dynamic stretching, then more striking.
The work is specific rather than random volume — explosive running, change of direction, delivery from wide areas, and shooting under fatigue. That is the same pattern he has followed for years with a personal trainer outside club sessions: physical extras plus mental work so he does not ride the highs and lows of a season.
@hypetribeng Amazing Performance- Best i have seen! @davido was simply the best! Vocals, stage presence, set list, backdrop, dancers. He held the filled to the rafters crowd, spellbound from the very beginning till way after he stepped off the stage. Man exudes Aura!
@TheBlueDodger It’s not the January window, it’s everything that went before then
- Selling proven & home grown players for pure profit
- replacing them with‘potential’ players who at best same level or worse than academy players, only difference is that the selling club gave them game time
@CFCBlues_com@ChelseaInPhotos Like Palmer FC is not sustainable
Like our system puts players not known for scoring in scoring positions like fullbacks and mids but we keep buying non-goal scoring young players in those positions
@CFCBlues_com@ChelseaInPhotos Like we spent over £1B and don’t have a striker.
Like we bought 3 potential world class 10’s but went after a manager that can only play with 1 of them (no slight to the manager, we knew how he lined his teams up before we hired him)
Like we are don’t have any grit
@FelixJohnston_ Team works better with 2 fullbacks
(Natural fullbacks)
You would think winning games when he makes those changes at end of games would teach him something
@FelixJohnston_ Again with the starting line up that doesn't help the team
Playing players out of position
- Sterling a winger on the bench if you don't start Mudryk for fitness
- Colwill is turning into a less than average LB instead of growing as a CB (the position he excelled in)
Eagles Are Conference Champions 11-1-0 Record and winning the final with game with available subs and playing though injury. So proud of these young warriors
@FelixJohnston_ This smells like the biggest scam in transfer history. All of a sudden Liverpool have a £110 to spend. CFC paying waaaay over for non-goal scoring DM not named Kante, Brighton get Adams and Kudus
