Politicians and clout-chasing! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Remi Oseni and some of his supporters came to the stadium to watch the Shooting Stars vs Inter Lagos match.

Chakam! Before you knew it, some overzealous supporters had started mounting campaign banners within the media stand.

It took the intervention of the Shooting Stars Chairman, Taiwo Lekan Salami and some journalists, who firmly called them to order, before they backed down and faced what they actually came to watch.

Bọ̀lù là ni e wá wo, èwo ni òèlú?! ⚽😂

[Gov. LAUREL @seun_laurel]

Ọyọ State under Seyi Makinde

1) has the second highest VAT in the country
2) The second best credit rating among subnationals in the country
3) Out of the top 12 most indebted states in the country
4) Pays 80k minimum wage (+10k bonus for transportation due to hike in fuel prices) to one of the largest govt workforce among states in the country.
5) Third best place to do business currently in the country

These are states of things in our imperfect world/government led by Ṣeyi Makinde, choosing to continue from here, build from here and add more layers is what we want for the future of Oyo State.
We are out of the trenches and we will not go back.
