Every 2026 election @mundx_analytics independently collated from IReV under Prof. Amupitan matched INEC’s declarations with nearly 100% accuracy.
Our model has proven reliable. If our 2027 counts differ significantly from INEC’s, it likely means the final collation does not reflect the votes recorded at polling units.

Abuja, Oct. 23, 2026 (NAN) The Italian Embassy in Nigeria has organised a movie screening of Italian stories which focuses on women’s suffrage and scheduled to hold from Oct. 22nd to 25th.
Mr Stefan Rössel, the Ambassador of Italy to Nigeria alongside Mr Patrick Egloff, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Nigeria declared the first inaugural Italian Stories movie screening open.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the screening is in collaboration with the Embassy of Switzerland in Nigeria and will be showing at the Silverbird Cinema in Abuja for free.
The aim of the movie screening is to showcas the Italian culture shared by both countries, with particular focus on the struggle of Italian women to vote for the first time in June 2 , of 1946.
In June of 1946, Italian women were allowed to vote and stand for election for the first time. The historic move led to the election of twenty-one women into the Constituent Assembly at that time.
They were tasked with drafting the new Republican Constitution. The “Founding Mothers” helped advance the legal status of women and their role in Italian society and governance.
NAN reports that the first movie that was screened on Thursday titled; ‘There’s Still Tomorrow’ by Paola Cortellesi, tells the story of how women struggled against marginalisation in the Italian system before women’s voting rights were adopted.
It centres particularly on a woman who suffered abuse from her husband but was not deterred from participating in the historic 1946 voting.(NAN)

•What he says now: In his appearances on Arise News, he insists that the Federal Government has not awarded any contract valued at ₦15 trillion. Because the 700+ km highway is being designed and procured in phases (such as Section 1 from Victoria Island to Eleko for ₦1.06 trillion), he argues there is no official, single master bill of engineering for the entire stretch yet. [1, 2, 3]
•What he said on Channels TV: When he originally mentioned the ₦15.3 trillion sum, he explicitly qualified it as a "tentative figure." He arrived at it live on air by multiplying the early cost-per-kilometer projection (roughly ₦4.5 billion to ₦7.5 billion per km depending on lanes) across the estimated full length of the road. Mustafa Chike-Obi, former Chairman of Fidelity Bank, explains the housing dilemma in Nigeria.
If you buy a house worth N50m today and it's worth N200m in five years, you're richer by N150m. But you can't do anything with it.
You can't sell it, because if you do, your next house will cost more because all the properties have gone up.
If you stay in the house, you can't get any money out of it.
