Flew AI 186 (Vancouver → Delhi, 22 Nov). Flight was casually rescheduled by +6 hours, then onboard I had a broken First Class seat, and on arrival my suitcase showed up with a broken handle.

@airindia I’ve already spent weeks replying via email and AirSewa. Every response has been the same - ₹2,500, no replacement, no escalation.
I’m extremely disappointed. Happy to engage further only if this actually leads to a replacement bag or a real review, not to close the case.
