@Ask_Spectrum I need help with an account I NEVER opened. On Aug 6, I discovered a $310 collection from Sequium on behalf of Charter/Spectrum on my credit report. My credit score dropped ~60 points. I have not used or even enquired about Spectrum in years. 1/10

My question is simple: How was an account opened under my name when the phone & email aren’t mine? What ID/documentation was used? Who opened it? And if Spectrum says my SSN isn’t on the account, WHY is its collection being reported on MY credit? 9/10
