The Rwanda SWAT police could capture Kinshasa if they wanted to. 🤷🏽♂️
Rwanda has the best police force in Africa, then Mauritius follows.
The Rwanda National Police has different units, and its SWAT team is the best in Africa.
However, @ClaudineUmubye1 should at least appreciate those who never wasted their precious time mocking her appearance or comparing her face to that of a man.
As for Yolande Makolo, she is an accomplished woman who proudly serves her country and has earned the respect of many who look up to her as a model of resilience, professionalism, and humility.
@ClaudineUmubye1 should keep in mind that reducing a successful woman to "before and after" photos says far more about the person making the comparison than about the woman being targeted.

🇨🇩URGENT🚨
There is so much I personally learn from @FirstLadyRwanda: her humility in leadership, consistency in service, wisdom, and the courage to speak about life-changing issues. Her determination to breed better generations is one of the firm foundations we have as #Rwandans
Thank you, Ma♥️
According to UN, Félicien Kabuga the billionaire who financed the Genocide against the Tutsi has died today 🧵
It is important to remember that before his capture in France in 2020, he had lived in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where he conducted business for many years. He also found refuge in Kenya, where he became a real estate investor—buying houses and corrupt officials alike.
Long before that, Switzerland—the country that had taken him in in 1995—acknowledged that his hands were too bloody for him to remain on its soil as a financier of the last genocide of the 20th century. Rather than arrest him, the Swiss authorities contented themselves with expelling him from their territory. He had also resided in Germany and Oslo for for years mainly helped by his children.
In The Hague, his senility was used as a shield to avoid facing justice—“unfit for trial,” they said. We now know that he played a pivotal role not only in enabling massacres but also in financing the genocide perpetrators’ network as they regrouped to attack Rwanda. But that’s a story for another day.
Kabuga had 11 children, to gain political influence in genocidal government, he married two of his daughters to Habyarimana ‘s sons ; Françoise Mukanzi married to @haby_haby2 and Bernadette Uwamariya (also referred to as Bernadette Kabuga Uwamariya), who married Jean-Pierre Habyarimana (the eldest son of Habyarimana ).
Another daughter, Félicité Mukademali, married Augustin Ngirabatware, who served as Planning Minister in the 1994 interim genocidal government also known as Abatabazi and was later convicted by the ICTR of genocide crimes.
These marriages placed Kabuga at the heart of the political and economic network that planned, financed, and carried out the genocide against the Tutsi . His children’s support (including hiding him for decades) was later cited by investigators as key to his long evasion of justice.
Kabuga’s import-export businesses (especially ETS Kabuga) were heavily involved in bringing agricultural tools into Rwanda in the years before 1994. Between January 1993 and March 1994, he played important role in importing, transporting ,and distributing the machetes, weapons and ammunition—especially in Gisenyi and Kibuye. It’s said that he even equipped Interahamwe with the infamous kitenge uniforms.
It must be said that his deep pockets, and monumental influence among the genocidal circle known as Akazu, played important role in the creation and expansion of the infamous Radio machetes also known as Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLM), He served as its chairman/director-general and helped define its mission at fundraising events as “the defence of Hutu Power.”
RTLM broadcast explicitly called to “cut down the tall trees” (a coded reference to killing Tutsis), named targets, celebrated killings, and urged listeners to man roadblocks and exterminate the Tutsi population. It is widely regarded as one of the most powerful tools of incitement in the genocide.
Kabuga also helped fund the extremist magazine Kangura of Genocide convict Ngeze Hassan, which published the notorious “Hutu Ten Commandments” and anti-Tutsi propaganda—Just one example, The cover of November 1991 issue of Kangura.
The title states, Tutsi: Race of God", while the text to the right of the drawing of machete states, "Which weapons are we going to use to beat the cockroaches for good?". The picture next to the machete is Grégoire Kayibanda, the diedhard Hutu extremist, President who continued the 1959 massacres after receiving Belgian blessings.( check the cover in the thread )
The sad thing is that from what we gather his children are the primary beneficiaries of his genocide ideology, and carry tropical Nazism as hismain heritage— look at Donatien Kabuga, and his daughter for example….
