The not enforcing a mask however is their corporate policy, so that's nation wide @AldiUSA is not enforcing their requirement of customers wearing masks.

@OrangeCoFL I phoned corporate, filed a complaint and asked why they have a mask requirement on their store entrances, their website and their customer care line, but then refuse to enforce the mandate, they had no answer for me.

@AldiUSA oh I did, and they said your policy is a mask is to be worn by customers in your stores, until a customer refuses to wear a mask. Then you step back and throw up your hands and say we can't make them. In other words your mask mandate is lip service

@AldiUSA Aldi has a mask policy, on their website, on their store entrances and on their customer service phone number. All customers are required to wear a mask. Except when they don't then aldi says they aren't enforcing masks in their stores. So which is it Aldi?
