Upset/annoyed/angry I don’t think I can explain how I feel towards this situation. So I pre-ordered the largest @twentyonepilots Trench bundle only for @Hermesparcels to put it in the recycling bin as my ‘safe place’ on recycling day. This is the response I get, thanks Hermes 😑
