The most pressing and immediate challenges for majority of Kenyans are finding a decent job, putting food on the table, pay monthly bills, school fees, healthcare and repay costly loans with little or nothing left to save and still being obligated to file tax returns.
Laws are not made by the State. Laws are neither made by the police nor lawyers nor judges. LAWS ARE MADE BY THE PEOPLE. The State is expected to be guided, in the execution of its mandate conferred by the people, by THE LWAS OF THE PEOPLE but not to REWRITE the laws.
@HudumaKenya@IG_NPS@DCI_Kenya@PSYGKenya My copy was clearer than the one generated by nominated cyber. I know the difference. But this is the practice in all the stations where I have applied for a PCC in the last four years. Even at @DCI_Kenya Kiambu, it was the same practice to be sent back. @EACCKenya investigate.
@IG_NPS Why is @DCI_Kenya insisting on photo copy of national identity card at their preferred cyber business for Police Clearance Certificates? @PSYGKenya What happened to @HudumaKenya cyber at GPO? Must Kenya always remain a man eat man society? THIS MUST CHANGE.
Our legal framework is as weak as a wet tissue paper. It is pointless to enact a plethora of laws that are ineffective in practice. So is our flawed constitutional framework which ought to be the basic law hence my quest for #FundamentalConstitutionalReforms#DisbandParliament
"Sexual harassment is a major reason why women journalists are leaving their careers prematurely. The fear of reprisal, lack of faith in the management and lack of awareness on reporting systems are common reasons why many women do not report the harassers. " @Judiekaberia
Teenage mothers are less likely to continue going to school, which prevents them from realizing their full potential and finding better economic opportunities, and often results in reduced lifetime earnings.

And that is 5,475 rapes a year in Nairobi alone - a number vastly underreported.
Women and girls are not safe in their homes, at school, on the street, in their city.
Nearly half of all pregnancies are unintended.
“The staggering number of unintended pregnancies represents a global failure to uphold women and girls’ basic human rights,” says UNFPA Executive Director Dr. Natalia Kanem

@BorisJohnson@EmmanuelMacron What is the role of the UN? Has the UN Charter become obsolete?! If, at this time, we can still suffer war in Europe; how about Africa? We could as well #DisbandUN and resort instead to bilateral channels of recourse. I am disappointed to say the very least. #RefoundingKenya.
This is one of the reasons why I am championing for #RefoundingKenya. Education is the foremost pillar of development that we must approach with the seriousness it deserves hence my policy for Progressive Comprehensive Professional Education #PCPE for all that remains unmatched.
Fraudster!
Degree doesn’t exist and so even the transcript is fake.
This is not about not liking Sakaja. We must just stop fraudsters!

A close friend intimated to me quite sometime back on the matter of the swearing-in debacle of the that the CJ is incompetent and I now agree. In fact, most senior counsels and SCOK judges are or appear to be. We need to revamp our law schools and syllabus. #RefoundingKenya
The AG, President Uhuru Kenyatta and CJ Martha Koome appealed against the decision directing swearing-in of the 6 Judges. They got stay of the decision of the High Court in a Ruling delivered by Justices Nambuye, Karanja and Laibuta. CJ Koome, we are not as foolish you may think.
@ntvkenya The Presidential debate should be organized by @IEBCKenya in principle. So should every other public debate for other candidates. Any aspirant declining or failing to participate ought to be disqualified from the elections. This should be provided for under the Elections Act.
