How much more patience do we need to have??? Kid irritated, tired, and now slept in our arms. But still no priority or relief. Such disappointing experience. Irritated passenger of cancelled flight AI983. Do we expect to get baggage easily or is than another 2 hours wait??

@AAI_Official @CSMIA_Official @airindia first delayed flight from 8:25 pm to 9, then again delayed to 11pm. Then cancelled. Made to wait 1.5 hours for rescheduling/cancelling tickets that aswell in chaos. Now since an hour waiting to get immigration cancelled at counter 73/74.

@CSMIA_Official such poor crowd management for passengers of cancelled AI983. At immigration counter 73/74 and it's taking ages for them to clear. Small kids, senior citizens, no prioritisation. Sad scenes! @airindia poorly managed @narendramodi
