Idk but Michelle Obama telling Barack “You told me all those years ago that you couldn't promise me the world, but you could promise me an interesting life. And, of course you outdid yourself and managed to give me both." is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever heard someone say to another 🥹
Never tell anyone you trade options , the average person will never be able to comprehend why anyone in their right mind would be risking 30k to make 17k 😂😂
I remember years ago, fresh out of college, my dumb self helped a family member get a car.
Long story short: after 2 years, they decided they didn’t want it anymore and told ME to refinance it and take it back. Mind you, I was living in NY making $60K at the time. They were making $80K+ and couldn’t handle a $700 car note.

Lesson learned: don’t play about your credit. Your credit is literally your lifeline. Nobody is going to protect it the way you should.
And please stop signing your name to “help” people who can’t qualify on their own. Sometimes the risk becomes YOUR burden, not theirs.
I’ll keep it a buck, don’t let anyone trick you into thinking you have time. There’s a sense of urgency required to be successful whether you’re 20 or 30 or 40 or 50.
Slow feet don’t eat.
Every other love language can be compromised and faked except acts of service at least not for long.
Gifting: a rich person will hack that
Physical touch: Every horny person can use that
Words of affirmation: A liars paradise
Quality time: an unemployed person’s dream.
Acts of service is just pure.
If you max out your Roth IRA for just 2 years and let it compound for 50 years averaging a 10% annual return your money will turn into…
Around $1.57 MILLION dollars, which you can withdraw and pay $0 in taxes.
If you just lock-in for 2 years retirement is basically guaranteed.
