@FirstBankngr @cenbank @firstbankngr Only for me to go through my Banking App Today and Notice a Debit of #50,000 on my account with my card which i didnt use. I called a customer care this morning to explain the situation and the customer care was so Insensistive & totally ignored key facts.

@FirstBankngr @EFCC @Cenbank i would disclose the name of the account officer to just these organizations cause if i disclose the name now my bank would try to Cover their staff up. Now My A.O said he needed the first 6 digits of my multinaira card as it was paramount in resolving the case.

@FirstBankngr @Firstbankngr when i was in the U.S i got debited twice and the money wasnt reversed i went to the bank to make a Complaint and it was under review. The bank handed the task to my Account Officer and on Thursday my account officer called me to resolve the reversal.
