Got in a matatu at Kenol petrol station at the junction of Uhuru highway and Haile selassie road.Found 2 beauties aboard already. As we were waiting for more passengers,5 guys got in. No seconds wasted,were mugged dry dry aise.

Plus booking platform keeps timing out/failing and when you finally get to payment it gives an account number error. Upon calling contact number it rings and gets disconnected. Even called emergency services 😢

@SerryNelima @ItsMutai @DonaldBKipkorir What happened to the Karengata association? Used to be very strong and effective. Any case I believe Mr. Kipkorir is very well networked and can pick up the phone and get order restored. These are not poor guys it's poor planning and placement.
