Facebook, in apparent coordination with local authorities and federal agencies, is actively suppressing my platform—restricting my messaging capabilities and limiting the reach of my posts in ways that cannot be dismissed as coincidence or routine moderation.
This pattern of interference raises serious concerns about targeted censorship and the abuse of technological control to silence dissenting voices. I am fully prepared to pursue legal action, and through that process, expose the mechanisms, relationships, and decisions behind
Scoop from me and @CarolLeonnig:
Kash Patel fired a group of FBI intelligence analysts Friday over a rescinded 2023 memo citing “radical traditionalist Catholic ideology” that has long been a focus of MAGA activists despite an investigation that found no anti-Catholic bias, three people familiar with the matter told MS Now.
At least five analysts were let go, the sources said. The analysts worked in the FBI’s Richmond office, where the memo originated.
It was titled, “Interest of Racially or Ethnically Motivated Violent Extremists in Radical-Traditionalist Catholic Ideology Almost Certainly Presents New Mitigation Opportunities.”
The memo argued that some white supremacists and racially motivated violent extremists were attempting to recruit a small subset of "radical traditionalist Catholics" and suggested that Catholic congregations could present opportunities for intelligence gathering.
After it became public, then-FBI Director Christopher Wray ordered it withdrawn. He apologized for it in several Congressional hearings, saying it didn’t meet the the FBI’s standards. Then Attorney General Merrick Garland called it “appalling.”
A review in 2024 by the Justice Department’s Inspector General found no evidence of anti-Catholic bias or bad intent on the part of the FBI personnel who prepared the memo. But the IG concluded it suffered from significant analytical problems and poor tradecraft.
Some if the information in the memo came from the Southern Poverty Law Center, an anti-extremist organization that which is now the subject of a deeply controversial fraud indictment.
Republicans and MAGA activists have seized on the memo for years as evidence that the FBI was targeting Catholics, despite the inspector general’s findings.
The FBI declined to comment.
In March, the White House shipped an official app that promised Americans a direct line to the President.
The app carries a full GPS pipeline built to fire your exact coordinates every 4.5 minutes while you use it, and every 9.5 minutes while it sits in your pocket doing nothing.
The app also loads executable code from a random person's personal GitHub account. If that account is ever compromised, whoever takes it can run code inside an app the White House told millions of people to trust.
There is no certificate pinning which means the traffic can be intercepted on any sketchy coffee-shop network between you and wherever it is going.
And when you tap a link inside it, the app rewrites the page. Hidden in the browser is code that strips cookie banners, privacy notices, and paywalls off every website you open.
There is also a button that reports your neighbors to ICE in one tap, and a share feature that auto-fills the words "Greatest President Ever."
77% of its network traffic goes to ad-tech firms, data brokers, location-resale markets, exactly the pipes ICE and CBP have spent the last decade quietly buying from to bypass warrants.
None of this is a malfunction. The location pipe, the third-party traffic, the consent-stripping browser, the snitch button, this is the app working exactly as designed.
The surveillance is the product. There is no line to the President. There is only a line out of your pocket.
The state does not need to force a tracker onto your phone when it can talk you into carrying one and thanking it for the access. That is the oldest trick the powerful have. Hand the people a thing that flatters them, and let them install the leash themselves.
Do not carry the state's app. It was never built to serve you. It was built to sit in your pocket and watch, and it told you so in its own code the moment someone bothered to read it.
The only phone worth holding is one that answers to you and no one else.
President Trump’s Department of Justice has dropped the federal charge against Israeli citizen Ori Solomon, who was accused of running a biolab inside a Las Vegas home.
Inside the home, investigators found evidence of “possible biological material,” including “refrigerators with vials containing unknown liquids.”
Prosecutors said he was in the United States on a non-immigrant visa from Israel and “knowingly possessed” several firearms, including rifles and handguns.
He faced a federal firearm charge, which has now been dropped.
With her approval rating in free fall, and in her effort to enable election rigging to go undetected, Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger announces an executive order to BLOCK federal law enforcement agencies from going to polling places.
Fake Moderate Spanberger is now pretending like she never supported Democrats’ illegal power grab because she knows it’s incredibly unpopular & has made her the least popular Virginia governor this century.
But don’t forget that her staff was bragging about how much she was doing to push the rigged map.
She lied to voters claiming that she had “no plans to redistrict Virginia,” and now she’s trying to cover up her dishonesty.

Virginia Gov. Spanberger’s ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban Faces Immediate Legal Challenges From NRA, Trump DOJ
By Noah Stanton
The Constitution doesn’t crumble in a single blow; it’s chipped away one statute at a time, often while its defenders are looking elsewhere. For years, progressive lawmakers have tested the boundaries of what Americans will tolerate. Some states have held the line but others … not so much.
Virginia has become the latest battleground. Under Governor Abigail Spanberger, Richmond has lurched leftward with alarming speed—delivering a progressive wish list that would make California blush. Sound familiar? It should.
On Thursday, Spanberger signed SB 749 into law, banning so-called “assault weapons” and magazines holding more than 15 rounds, but the ink was barely dry before the legal counterattack began. Within hours, the National Rifle Association, Second Amendment Foundation, and Firearms Policy Coalition had filed federal lawsuits.
Then came the cavalry: the Trump administration announced it would sue Virginia as well. From the Second Amendment Foundation:
“These bans are an affront to the Constitution and an insult to the intelligence of Virginians who were fed lies and misrepresentations by their elected officials. We’re excited to fast track this case to the Supreme Court.”
SAF founder Alan Gottlieb is calling out elected officials for lying to the people they represent. The law criminalizes firearms that millions of Americans own lawfully—weapons that fire one round per trigger pull, just like any other semi-automatic. Violators face Class 1 misdemeanor charges and a three-year prohibition on firearm ownership, effective July 1.
I find it remarkable when organizations that don’t always agree suddenly stand shoulder-to-shoulder. The NRA declared its legal team “locked, loaded, and ready to shoot down this outrageous gun-control law.” The Firearms Policy Coalition cut through the noise: these banned firearms “are not machine guns.”
Most significantly, Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon announced the DOJ would join the fight. The federal government standing with citizens against state overreach? That’s how the system should work.
Here’s what’s really happening: The term “assault weapon” is manufactured propaganda designed to frighten Americans into surrendering their rights. These laws don’t target criminals; they target you. Spanberger claims she’s protecting families, but families across Virginia already protect themselves with these exact firearms.
The courts will decide. But this fight matters beyond Virginia’s borders. Every state is watching whether constitutional rights can be legislated away by politicians who swore oaths they never intended to keep.

lol Rachel, tell your followers the truth. This investigation was started with Biden’s DOJ for good reason. As a longtime Virginia resident, we heard about the Lucas’ cabal and run ins with the law over the years. Even Gov. Spanberger refused to come out guns a blazing in support of her when the raids happened. While Louise was the architect of the 10-1, her mouth was a huge liability, and the former CIA princess Abigail knew that, and is most likely quietly hoping Louise is taken out. She ran Portsmouth like a mob boss, and like Swalwell, everyone knew but did nothing. Where there is smoke there is fire. For your reading pleasure:
• 2008 hotel/conference center project financing violations: Lucas allegedly violated the Virginia Securities Act by failing to register her company before soliciting investments from ~600 mostly local investors, raising nearly $2 million. The State Corporation Commission ordered refunds with interest; she missed deadlines, delayed notifications, and omitted the SCC issues when seeking city bond support from Portsmouth Council (which ultimately rejected the bonds). https://t.co/8BMWja53Vi
• Lucas Lodge LLC operations and regulatory violations (ongoing since ~1998): As owner/CEO of this Medicaid-funded provider of group homes and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Lucas’s company faced repeated state law violations, unsafe conditions, and serious injuries to residents (public records document dozens of incidents, including serious injuries since at least 2019). Critics highlighted conflicts of interest, as Lucas has long served on (and chaired) Senate committees overseeing the regulating agencies (DBHDS) and Medicaid funding (DMAS); she also patroned budget amendments increasing payments to her business. Her daughter Lisa Lucas-Burke has served as executive director of Lucas Lodge. https://t.co/i9jv1LcXG3
• Questionable campaign finance spending and ethical issues (documented over decades, highlighted in 2025 reporting): Lucas used donor funds for personal/family business expenses (e.g., payments to Lucas Lodge), large transfers to daughter Lisa’s political campaigns (over $305,000 to her 2024 Portsmouth mayoral run plus earlier council races), donations to churches that endorsed her/Democrats and supported her daughter, luxury meals (steaks/seafood), casino/golf events (> $60,000), hotels, and organizations where she or family held roles. She also accepted significant donations from casino/gambling interests while pushing related legislation. https://t.co/ynkPvHet0r
• 2020 Portsmouth Confederate monument protest charges: Lucas was charged with two felonies (conspiracy and injury to a monument) after appearing at a George Floyd protest where the statue was damaged; the charges were later dismissed. She later sued the city/ex-police chief and reportedly received a $300,000 settlement. Her daughter, then-Vice Mayor Lisa Lucas-Burke, faced misdemeanor charges for publicly urging the police chief’s firing amid the controversy (those charges were also dismissed). https://t.co/gvI0HVI392
• Cannabis business issues (2021–2022): After co-opening The Cannabis Outlet in Portsmouth (which Lucas helped legalize via legislation she sponsored), a 2022 investigation found widespread mislabeling of products, with many containing inconsistent or excess delta-9 THC levels in a largely unregulated retail environment. https://t.co/Z4WvUg6yVO
• Daughter Lisa Lucas-Burke’s separate political/legal controversies: In addition to the 2020 charges above, Lisa (who partners with her mother in Lucas family businesses) faced a 2024–2025 defamation lawsuit from a golf club owner over a campaign ad alleging city corruption and tax favoritism involving the club; a judge allowed the suit to proceed. She has also been accused in local commentary of conflicts in city land/casino-related matters while on council. wavy.
F.B.I. Raid of Democrats' Office Jolts Virginia Politics
Two people familiar with the case said the search of a lawmaker's business office was related to a Biden-era investigation of possible corruption and bribery related to marijuana dispensaries.
F.B.I. agents on Wednesday searched the business office of a powerful Democratic state legislator in Virginia who had played a key role in a high-stakes congressional redistricting fight.
The legislator, L. Louise Lucas of Portsmouth, is a senior leader in the State Senate, where she has served for more than 30 years. Two people familiar with the case said the search was related to an investigation opened during the Biden administration that has continued, examining possible corruption and bribery related to marijuana dispensary businesses.
The F.B.I. agents executed a search warrant at an office in Portsmouth, Va., for businesses that Ms. Lucas owns, including a network of group homes for older adults and at a neighboring marijuana dispensary she owns, according to several people familiar with the matter who spoke on the condition of anonymity. Other locations were also searched, the people said.
Federal agents served Ms. Lucas with the search warrant as she entered a massage parlor on Wednesday morning, according to two people who spoke with her.
"Today's actions by federal agents are about far more than one state senator; they are about power and who is allowed to use it on behalf of the people," Ms. Lucas said in a statement on Wednesday night. "What we saw fits a clear pattern from this administration: When challenged, they try to intimidate and silence the voices who stood up to them."
She added, "I am not backing down."
The F.B.I. search sent shock waves through the insular world of Virginia politics. Democrats expressed a mixture of surprise and suspicion, while Republicans stayed publicly quiet even as they privately celebrated. Few in either party had many details about what was happening with Ms. Lucas.
Still, some Democrats were quick to express skepticism, nodding to the way that the increasingly politicized Justice Department has pursued inquiries into Mr. Trump's domestic opponents and liberal organizations during his second term.
Ms. Lucas has long been a leading proponent of legal marijuana in Virginia. This year, she introduced legislation to create a regulatory framework for retail marijuana sales. The bill passed and is awaiting a signature or veto from Gov. Abigail Spanberger, a Democrat.
Ms. Spanberger declined to comment on the raid, a spokeswoman said. Jeff Ryer, the chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia, also declined to comment.

Ms. Lucas's influence was crucial to the recent battle over congressional redistricting. A vocal backer of the most aggressive map possible, she insisted in public and private on a map with a 10-to-1 partisan split.
She and other Democrats argued that the new district lines were needed because of efforts by Mr. Trump and his supporters to redraw boundaries in Republican-dominated states before the midterm elections. That G.O.P. effort has come at a time when the war with Iran and high gas prices are hurting the party's popularity.
In Virginia, Democrats currently hold six of 11 House seats, but the new map could tilt that to 10 to 1 in their favor. Republicans have appealed the new maps to the Supreme Court of Virginia, which is expected to rule on their legality soon.
In February, after Republicans complained that the proposed Virginia political map was unfair to their voters, Ms. Lucas was characteristically blunt on social media.
"You all started it," she replied to Senator Ted Cruz, Republican of Texas. "We," she said, using an expletive, "finished it."

DOJ Warns Virginia Gov. Abigail Spanberger After She Signed Gun Bill Targeting “Assault Firearms”
The legislation prohibits the making, buying, or selling of many semiautomatic rifles and pistols, including AR-15s, with magazines holding more than 15 rounds.
@AAGDhillon stated in the DOJ letter:“The proposed law would require Virginia law enforcement agencies to engage in a practice of unconstitutionally restricting the making, buying or selling of AR-15s and many other semi-automatic firearms in common use.”
Meanwhile, Minnesota Democrats are attempting to pass an even more restrictive version. Bills like HF 3433/SF 3655 would ban not just future sales, but possession of semiautomatic military-style assault weapons and large-capacity magazines (often defined as over 10 rounds), with strict grandfathering, registration/certification requirements, secure storage rules, and limits on where registered firearms can be kept or used.
Second Amendment protections matter.
Facts over fear.
