@gracefurby My mom did something similar when my grandma/her mom died. Because she was so distraught and devastated, all she could say was “she’s gone!!”

I called her and she was weeping hysterically.

@Kiasangria93 I go with my husqvarna Viking machines. It’s literally all I use now and I love them. I have never had an issue with a machine of there’s and they are so dang user friendly!
