The news of a man being lynched to death by a mob in South 24 Paraganas, West Bengal is deeply shocking.

I have written to the Union HM Sh. Amit Shah and WB CM Sh. Suvendu Adhikari seeking their intervention to ensure that no matter the circumstances, the law & order situation should not deteriorate in such a manner than mobs take law into their own hands.

A impartial inquiry must be conducted to ensure speedy justice in this deeply sensitive matter.
