Your app closes tickets, customer support doesn’t properly connect me to an executive, and I’m left chasing Nykaa for a basic return pickup.

Then I got a message saying customer was unreachable.

I called the rider 10–12 times, even from another number. No response.

I also called Nykaa Fashion support 10–12 times on different days. No answer.

@nykaafashion RESOLVE THIS.

Your rider asked for my OTP to reschedule my order, then stopped answering. Your customer care also ignored 10+ calls.

And somehow I’m marked “unreachable”

Ordered a Mee Mee diaper bag on 11 Aug.

On 13 Aug, rider **Sohit Kumar** called at ~9 PM asking for my OTP to reschedule. I refused, and he disconnected.

He later ignored my calls. Next day, he called but stayed silent.
