I've been using tinygrad (by @__tinygrad__) on a Windows-only shop and OpenCL's performance on Intel hardware was driving me nuts. Decided to make a DX12 runtime for it based on *a lot* of preview features from LinAlg and got a decent performance uplift: https://t.co/KXsnTPA9NT

@coreteks Considering OpenAI's ongoing commitments the 50bi is pretty much pennies. At the same time, their models will continue to devalue way faster than the amortize so you can expect another funding run to happen later this year (gotta love to work on this bad of a leverage).

@kalomaze Tech lead is a position for the brave. It's not uncommon for senior engineers to make about the same money without any of the additional responsibilities that will pile on you. Not to mention the infinite meetings and all the scrum bs 🤣
