Same problems here with @ScottishPower call centre too busy to take calls and live chat just ends by the bots with no resolution

@ScottishPower absolutely useless. Been cut off 3 times. Call centre shut. Automated service keeps ending. I can not upload gas readings as my metre is has not been on since January despite being reported. Absolutely crock of shit no wonder its in disarray
