@DrWhoStation I see your point but I genuinely believe that it would be a death sentence for the show. The current landscape for tv is completely different now than what it was 20 years ago. Also the public perception is the show is still clinging on to what made it great all those years ago.

Oh how I wish Tony Gilroy would be showrunner for Doctor Who and make a more lived in world. Could you imagine actually giving planets they visit real personality and stakes.

@facinliar Another example would be when house took over the Tardis as a technical evil Tardis episode too. Supernatural another show thats very monster of week had an episode that was from perspective of the car the whole time and its awesome.

@TheMindProbe2 Things change in the creative process as we can clearly see with what happened but I don’t see why it’s such a big deal that he is still proud of the work, he is definitely happy with his work wether you like it or not
